How it works

Ask the dispatcher where to run. It knows your home base, what you've told it, and the loads you've run, and it checks real rates from confirmed rate cons. Where it doesn't have the data, it says so.

Screenshot any load board's results page. Lumen ranks every load by what you'd net after fuel, and after deadhead when your home city is in Settings. When it has seen the broker pay before, it shows how fast they pay.

Forward the rate confirmation to ratecon@lumenfreight.com. Lumen reads it, flags anything it isn't sure of, and shows how the rate compares to what similar loads paid. Then you check what it read and tap This is right. Nothing is billed from a rate con you haven't confirmed.

Email BOL and POD photos to docs@lumenfreight.com as you go, right from your phone. Photos, iPhone photos included, are turned into clean pages for your invoice packet.

When the load is delivered and your documents are in, Lumen builds the invoice packet and emails you to review it. Check what's in it, then tap Send. It goes to the broker under your business name, and replies come to you.

Mark the invoice paid when the money lands. If it's still unpaid at day 30, Lumen marks it Overdue and drafts a demand letter. You read it and decide whether it goes out. Nothing goes out on its own.
